Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tours with I Am Adventure. By making a booking and submitting the required deposit(s), you enter into a legally binding contract between yourself (the "Client" or "Traveller") and I Am Adventure (the "Organizer") in accordance with the terms outlined in this document.

Legal Framework

This agreement is governed by and construed under Indian law and the jurisdiction of the Indian Judiciary System. I Am Adventure operates as a registered entity with the Government of India, Department of Tourism.

Contract Formation

Your booking becomes effective upon the completion of the following steps:

  Our written confirmation of your tour reservation

Liability & Safety

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge that you are physically fit for the chosen itinerary and assume all responsibility for personal insurance and safety compliance during the ride.
